What kind of homes does Fallbrook have?
New, and often big. Fallbrook was planned from 1999 as a walkable mixed-use neighborhood, with a town center, boulevards and trails, and most of it went up after 2000. The two census tracts that cover it have median homes built in 2014 and 2008, against 1982 citywide, and four-bedroom homes make up 35% and 29% of them, against 17% across Lincoln.
What does that mean for a mattress visit?
More beds per house. A Fallbrook visit is often a main suite, two or three kids' rooms and a guest bed, and that's where the lower additional-mattress rates add up. We clean each mattress where it sits: a material inspection, low-moisture dry vapor steam on the surface, seams and tufts, HEPA vacuuming and UV-C light treatment, plus a moisture check after the job and the built-in bed mite sensor on our UV-C vacuum.
New house, new dust
Newer homes and nearby construction mean fine dust in the first years. Our Lincoln humidity and bed mites guide covers the indoor side, and the Sleep Sanitation Knowledge Center explains how dry vapor steam works on foam. Book any weekday from 9am to 6pm.
What does a visit cost in Fallbrook & North Lincoln?
The same as anywhere in Lincoln: the first mattress is $199, Fall 2026 promo (regular price $249), any size, with normal stains, pet odor and ordinary urine accidents included. Each additional king in the same visit is $199 and each additional full or queen is $179, each additional kids bed (twin or full) is $149, and underside treatment is +$50–$75 per mattress. A severe or biohazard case carries a surcharge we quote before starting. Every visit includes UV-C light treatment, HEPA vacuuming and two checks: a moisture check after the job and the built-in bed mite sensor on our UV-C vacuum. 72-hour bedroom CO₂ testing is a separate optional service, priced by quote, and it isn't a medical test. See Lincoln pricing for every rate.
