What costs extra?

Stains, pet odor and ordinary urine accidents are included. These two are the only extras, and we will tell you after we see the mattress whether either applies.

Underside/full-surface treatment

+$50–$75

Complete six-surface coverage. Recommended for any mattress with visible underside contamination — dust, staining, or debris on the bottom panel and box-spring interface.

Severe or biohazard contamination

Custom surcharge

Heavy, repeated or biohazard contamination beyond an ordinary accident is quoted after we see the mattress, before any work starts. Normal stains, pet odor and ordinary urine accidents are already included.

How much does mattress cleaning cost in Lincoln?

The first mattress is $249, any size from twin through California king, including dry-vapor sanitation, UV-C light treatment and HEPA vacuuming, normal stain treatment, pet odor treatment and ordinary urine accident treatment. Each additional full, queen or king mattress is $199, and each additional kids bed (twin/full) is $149. During our Fall 2026 promotion the first mattress is $199, and any additional cleaning scheduled within 7 days of the first service is also $199.

Why is the first mattress $249 regardless of size?

Because size-based pricing on a mattress service mostly penalizes people who own a king. The work involved in sanitizing a twin and a king is close enough that we prefer one honest rate, and you will not get a surprise upsell on the mattress you called about.

Is there a fee to come to my home?

No. Travel is included anywhere in our Lincoln service radius — Lincoln, Lancaster County, Seward, Crete, Wahoo and Ashland.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required. Pricing is confirmed at the time of service, and the estimate calculator on this page is for planning purposes.

Do you charge more for a heavily stained mattress?

No. Normal stains, pet odor and ordinary urine accidents are included in the base price. Only severe or biohazard contamination carries a custom surcharge, and we quote it after we see the mattress, before any work starts.

What does underside treatment cost?

The standard visit covers the top surface, seams and side edges. Treating the underside as well adds $50–$75 per mattress, and we tell you after we see the mattress whether it applies.

What checks are included in every visit?

Two: a moisture check after the job and the built-in bed mite sensor on our UV-C vacuum. UV-C light treatment and HEPA vacuuming are included on every visit too.

Is 72-hour bedroom CO₂ testing included?

No. It is a separate optional service, booked on its own or added to a mattress visit, and priced by quote. It is not a medical test.

Why does a mattress specialist cost more than a carpet cleaner's mattress add-on?

A carpet add-on is typically hot-water extraction with the floor equipment, and wet-extraction carpet cleaners can void some mattress warranties. Our whole visit is built around the mattress: inspection, dry vapor steam on the seams and tufts, HEPA vacuuming, UV-C light treatment and two checks.
