How much is the first mattress?
The first mattress is $249, any size. Twin through California king, same rate. The rate covers dry-vapor sanitation, UV-C light treatment and HEPA vacuuming, normal stain treatment, pet odor treatment and ordinary urine accident treatment.
Each additional mattress in the same visit is $199 for full, queen or king, and $149 for a kids bed (twin/full). Same inclusions. Booking two, three, or four mattresses in one appointment is meaningfully cheaper than booking them separately, because we are already in the house with the equipment set up.
We charge one rate for any size on the first mattress on purpose. Size-based pricing on a mattress service mostly penalizes people who own a king, and we would rather not structure our prices around that.

Is a specialist worth more than a carpet cleaner's add-on?
A carpet company's mattress add-on is typically done with the same hot-water extraction used on the floors, and wet-extraction carpet cleaners can void some mattress warranties. Our whole visit is about the bed. Read mattress specialist or carpet cleaner in Lincoln? for the side-by-side.
Is cleaning cheaper than replacing?
Replacing a queen mattress with a comparable new one is typically several hundred dollars or more, plus the logistics of getting rid of the old one, plus a new mattress that has its own off-gassing period. Sanitizing the one you own is $249. That is the comparison most customers are actually making.
The other comparison: a professional annual mattress service works out to less than a couple of dollars a day over the life of the appointment-to-appointment interval, for the surface you spend roughly a third of your life on.
When is cleaning not worth it?
Three situations where we would rather lose the booking:
- A core that has been saturated repeatedly for years. Surface treatment cannot fix deep, long-term moisture damage.
- Structural failure — a collapsing edge, a cover that is torn through, springs you can feel. It is beyond cleaning.
- An active bed bug infestation. That is a licensed pest-control problem, not a cleaning problem. We will refer you.
Charging for those three cases would be easy and it would be wrong, so we do not.
